Telkom continues to top the list of beefs from 'companies who don't respond' on the preferred shopper internet site HelloPeter. According to the HelloPeter web site Telkom received 2500 grouses and 189 compliments over the past twelve months. Fifty six of the grumbles were lodged in the last five days. Lots of the Telkom grouses relate to an absence of service both referring to ADSL and standard telephony services. Another company which is taking a little bit of a thrashing on Hi Peter is wireless broadband supplier iBurst. The company ranks 4th on the list of beefs from 'companies who don't respond' with 296 grumbles and twenty-eight compliments over the past year. The Top five is finished by BlackBerry which notched up 277 grumbles and four compliments in the last twelve months.
